Need you make so much noise? или Need you to make so much noise? и еще You needn’t have been so rude. , … разве have been это инфинитив? поправьте меня, если ошибаюсь.
have been – это инфинитив, но не простой инфинитив, а перфектный.
После need усть возможность не использовать частицу to перед глаголом. need – это особый глагол, его нужно запомнить
